Item simili modo et forma deliberaverunt quod non possit per aliquem quoquo modo vendi, alienari ac permutari de Opera prefata aliquid, nisi primo pecunia et valor rerum que venderentur mictatur per camerarium et notarium Opere ad introytum; ac etiam quod excepto lignamine et marmore aliquid possit vendi de Opera sine licentia prepositi operariorum prefate Opere(1) sub pena amissionis offitii cuiuslibet contra facientis.
