Item prefati operarii advertentes ad quasdam bullas(1) concessas per papam Iohannem XXIII consulibus Artis Lane civitatis Florentie super gubernatione et cura sacristiarum maioris ecclesie florentine, per quas inter cetera disponit quod omnes oblationes que fiunt et fierent dicte ecclesie vadant ad sacristiam dicte ecclesie, prout dictant etiam constitutiones capituli dicte maioris ecclesie, et considerantes quod prefata Opera accipit dictas oblationes indebite et contra debitum iuris,(2) volentes igitur reddere et consignare Deo et eius Matri quod debitum est, servatis solempnitatibus opportunis deliberaverunt quod deinceps omnes oblationes que fient in futurum dicte ecclesie remaneant in sacristia dicte maioris ecclesie et penes sacristam dicte sacristie et per ipsum sacristam teneatur computum et expendantur, prout disponunt bulle, et deliberabunt conservatores prefate sacristie et eo tempore quo placuerit dictis conservatoribus.
