Item prefati operarii servatis servandis, absente tamen Niccolao domini Donati de Barbadoris eorum collegha in dicto offitio, deliberaverunt quod nullus possit stare(1) ad petitionem dicte Opere in provisorem Lastre et Malmantilis(2) nisi de novo fuerit conductus per operarios dicte Opere, non obstante aliqua alia deliberatione hactenus facta per operarios dicte Opere in contrarium loquente.
