Item prefati operarii, absentibus Tomasio de Minerbettis et Bartolomeo de Ridolfis eorum collegis, servatis servandis conduxerunt Iacobum Pieri Bonini de Castagno in custodem silve Opere pro uno anno initiato die primo presentis mensis novembris in quo sumus cum salario librarum quadraginta f.p., cum hac condictione quod ipse teneatur et debeat in dicto tempore intacchasse in silva prefate Opere suis expensis trecentos faggios,(2) de qua incisione antequam salarium sibi stantietur teneatur facere fidem prefatis operariis, alias salarium sibi stantiari non possit.
