Item deliberaverunt quod eorum parte scribatur littera Capitaneo Pisarum quod precipiat schafraiuolis quod debeant(1) charichare marmorem album conductum et conducendum in porto pisano et conducere ad portum Signe et si aliquis charicharet salem cogat eos ad charichandum pro qualibet barghata salis duo vel tria petia marmoris; ac etiam scribatur littera notario testamentorum existenti in civitate Pisarum pro Opera debeat sollicitare exactiones testamentorum et eos cogi facere per Capitaneum Pisarum.
