Prefati operarii servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod quando caputmagister Opere indigeret seu sibi videretur fore utile pro Opera quod magistri tam muratores quam scharpellatores prefate Opere(1) operentur in manovales, quod mandato dicti caputmagistri omnes quibus fieret per eumdem caputmagistrum preceptum, ire et parere et operari in exercitio manovalium teneantur et similiter omnibus(2) etiam quibus fieret preceptum per caputmagistrum de murando super cupolam et non parerent eius precepto, ipso facto intelligantur capsi et remoti a dicta Opera et amplius in ea(3) laborari non possint quovis modo.
