Prefati operarii existentes collegialiter congregati et cohadunati in loco eorum audientie pro factis dicte Opere utiliter peragendis, absentibus Alexandro de Arrigis et Thomaxio de Corbinellis eorum collegis, servatis solemnitatibus opportunis deliberaverunt quod eorum parte scribantur due littere, una domino marchionni ferrariensi et alia Domino mantuano, quod eorum comtemplatione dederunt licentiam Filippo ser Brunelleschi eundi ad eos pro uno mense et dierum quindecim pro faciendo et executioni mandandi(1) eorum mandata, allegando necessitatem Opere et qualiter elapso dicto tempore opus edifitii eorum indiget sua reversione.
