Item deliberaverunt quod provisor Opere acceptare teneatur pro dicta Opera settem ligna magna incisa per heredes Niccolai de Uzano pro Sapientia que de novo edificatur super platea Sancti Marci, quibus dicti heredes pro dicta Sapientia dicunt non indigere, et ponere ad computum dictorum heredum, que conduci facere teneatur expensis dicte Opere ad dictam Operam pro comoditate dicte Opere; et hoc si et in quantum dicta ligna essent bona et non aliter.
