Item commiserunt in Lodovicum de Magnale(1) provisorem Opere in civitate Pisarum eligendi unum notarium super exactione testamentorum Opere, et quod pro quolibet testamento exigere teneatur soldos quadraginta quattuor, de qua quantitate Opera habere teneatur soldos quadraginta pro quolibet testamento et soldos quattuor notarius predictus.
