Prefati operarii congregati in loco eorum residentie pro factis dicte Opere utiliter peragendis servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod eorum parte scribatur una littera provisoribus Pisarum quod placeat eis non molestare schafraiuolos qui conduxerunt a civitate Pisarum ad Operam quemdam canapum cupole magne pro ghabella dicti canapi porte Pisarum, considerato quod nulla gabella(2) umquam fuit soluta pro aliquo canapo dicte porte.
