Prefati operarii existentes collegialiter congregati in loco eorum solite residentie pro factis dicte Opere(1) utiliter peragendis servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod omnia que deliberabunt eorum consocii qui in civitate Florentie permanebunt intelligantur et sint ac si deliberata forent per totum eorum offitium, eo tempore quo illi(2) operarii qui sunt deputati ad eundum Pisas et Vicum erunt de dicto itinere fiendo reversi Florentiam et non aliter.
