Prefati operarii existentes collegialiter congregati in loco eorum residentie pro factis dicte Opere utiliter peragendis servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod nullus magister Opere prefate possit per totum mensem iulii proxime futuri ire ad laborandum extra laborerium Opere et contrafaciens sit ipso facto capsus et remotus ab exercitio dicte Opere; et hoc considerato quod caputmagister dicte Opere dixit et exposuit dictis operariis quod si sic fieret, quod hinc ad unum mensem daret expeditionem cupole et infallaciter esset data expeditio dicte cupole; et ad hoc ut dicta expeditio detur per dictum caputmagistrum et executioni mandetur deliberaverunt modo predicto contra dictos magistros.
