Item quod Potestaria et(1) Commune Pecciolis habeat terminum ad solvendum id quod solvere debet pro novis gabellis hinc ad per totum mensem augusti proxime futuri, dummodo infra decem dies proxime futuros fideiubeat de solvendo dicto tempore; et facta fideiussione scribatur Potestati loci quod gravet omnes debentes solvere pro quantitatibus scriptis super extracto dicte Potestarie subscripto manu notarii gabellarum vel Operis etc.
