Item deliberaverunt quod pro parte dicti officii scribatur lictera Potestati Cascie continens quod se informet cuius erat tempore impositionis novarum gabellarum quoddam podere quod dicitur fuisse descriptum inter bona Iohannis Filippi de Cavalcantibus in populo Sancti Salvatoris dicti Communis, quod dicitur fuisse domine Tessine,(1) et ipsa informatione recepta ipsi officio notificet, quod podere dicitur laborari a Vanne Niccolai.(2)
