Item intellecto qualiter ortus Opere prelibate, qui prope domus est Honofrii de Bischeris, quibusdam vitibus est fulcitus quibus, si non provideretur de levi(1) totaliter perderentur, deliberaverunt quod per provisorem dicte Opere dictus ortus seu vites in eo existentes putentur et ligentur sumptibus dicte Opere, ita quod bene maneat secundum quod est debitum et consuetum, videlicet per dictum provisorem putari et ligari fiat.
