Item intellecto pro parte plurium de Communi Leolis et Latreti vallis Here comitatus Pisarum qualiter ipsum et homines de anno MCCCCVI et mense ...(1) ab omnibus gravedinibus et gabellis pro tempore decem annorum, et qualiter postea descripti fuerunt debitores pro gabella bestiarum et bonorum et ad solutionem nullatenus tenentur vigore exemptionis supradicte, deliberaverunt quod quicumque debitores descripti predicti occasione bestiarum et bonorum existentes in comitatu Pisarum de Communi Leolis et Latreti predicto per me notarium infrascriptum(2) cancellentur licite et inpune in quibuscumque libris et registris propterea opportunis, ita et taliter quod de cetero nullatenus gravari possint ipsi vel alteri eorum.
