Operarii Opere supradicti invicem ut supra more solito in loco eorum audientie in sufficienti numero congregati,(1) absentibus tamen Cardinale de Oricellariis(2) et Loysio Alexandri eorum collegis, servatis servandis secundum ordinamenta statuerunt terminum hinc ad per totum mensem maii proxime futuri duraturum comunibus de cortinis Aretii obligatis ad solutionem cottumi debitoribus pro denariis 4 pro libra dicte conducte ad solvendum dicte Opere totum id ad quod dicte Opere(3) tenentur ipsa communia ab anno 1384 citra hinc ad per totum mensem maii proxime futuri. Et quod ad requisitionum(4) ambaxiatorum ipsorum communium fiat lictera Capitaneo Aretii continens quod gravet ipsa communia ad costituendum sindicum ad promictendum.
