|
Prefati operarii simili modo et forma servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod nullus magister prefate Opere tam existens in chava Trassinarie quam in prefata Opera ad laborandum possit vel valeat quoquo modo tam per viam directam quam per viam indirectam ire ad laborandum ad aliud laborerium(1) quam prefate Opere, et in casu quo contra predicta fecerit(2) intelligatur et sit capsus et non possit amplius in prefata Opera et ad petitionem dicte Opere laborare, nisi cum licentia prepositi dictorum operariorum tunc existentis et unius consocii dicti prepositi.
