Item prefati operarii deliberaverunt quod omnes magistri tam murandi quam scharpelli et tam alterius magisterii dicte Opere sine aliquo eorum preiudicio et dampno possint ire ad laborandum extra laborerium Opere sine aliqua licentia et possint ad eorum libitum reverti per totum mensem februarii proxime futuri, cum hoc quod Filippozius non possit eis mictere operas nisi integras in dicta Opera non obstantibus aliquibus deliberationibus in contrarium factis.
