Prefati operarii, absentibus tamen Andrea Niccolai de Giugnis et Iohanne de Niccolinis eorum collegis, servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod comsules Maris civitatis Florentie possint ad ipsorum beneplacitum incidi facere in silva prefate Opere in plano Campigne illud lignamen quod eis placuerit solvendo Opere pro quolibet trayno soldos triginta, et quod scribatur custodi silve Opere prefate quod dictum lignamen dictis consulibus seu eius commissari promictat incidi et extrahi de dicta silva, et quod Iacobus Sandri scharpellator possit ire in servitium prefatorum consulum Maris et reverti ad scharpellandum in dicta Opera.
