Item prefati operarii servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod nulla persona prefate Opere, videlicet nec caputmagister nec provisor, scribanus et notarius Opere nec alterius condictionis et gradus possint sine partito operariorum dicte Opere conducere ad laborandum pro magistro tam in Opera quam in chava Trassinarie ad utilitatem Opere pro aliquo pretio et quicquid fieret contra predicta sit nullum et nullius valoris.
