Prefati operarii servatis solempnitatibus opportunis deliberaverunt quod Manninus de Ponte ad Sevem possit incidi facere in silva Opere in plano Campigne(1) pro Sapientia que fit super platea Sancti Marci nomine et sub nomine Opere illud lignamen quo exibebitur notario et provisori Opere per dictum Manninum,(2) cum hoc quod totum lignamen debeat conduci primo in Opera et in ea per caputmagistrum Opere mensurari et postea solvere Opere pretia consueta, prout venditur aliud lignamen in Opera existens.
