Item deliberaverunt quod nullus magister murandi possit laborare extra Operam nec ire diebus laborativis alio sine expressa licentia prepositi dicti offitii; et fiat preceptum eis de redeundo, videlicet illis qui sunt extra Operam, infra tertiam diem proxime futuram, alias incidant in illam penam declarandam alias per eorum offitium.
