Contra magistros qui laborant superius super cupola.
|

Item deliberaverunt quod quando super cupola non potest laborarii, quod magistri muratores qui laborant super dicta cupola non possint laborare inferius cum scharpello, et quod quinque ex eis possint laborare in arricciando et faciendo ea que sunt extra laborerium scharpelli, hac forma, videlicet: quod omnes magistri superius laborantes(1) imbursentur et extrahantur quinque, qui quinque pro illa die possint et laborare teneantur illa die tantum; et sic quolibet die fiat extractio quinque, videlicet eo tempore quo super cupola non laboratur.
