Prefati operarii congregati ut supra servatis solempnitatibus opportunis deliberaverunt quod caputmagister Opere prefate teneatur et debeat expensis Opere actari facere tecta, necessarios et acquaria quarumcumque domorum existentium in claustro florentino et in quibus habitant canonici, cappellani et clerici catthedralis ecclesie florentine, et etiam domorum que locantur ad pensionem, eo modo et forma prout et sicut eidem videbitur pro Opera utilius fore, et ipsas taliter de tempore in tempus procurando ut nullum dampnum in eis ob eorum negligentiam resultet; et quod Filippotius scribanus super giornatis teneatur scribere operas magistrorum et manovalium Opere qui actabunt eas mandato dicti eorum caputmagistri quemadmodum alias operas laborantium intus Operam in laborerio Opere prefate.
