Prefati operarii existentes collegialiter congregati in loco eorum residentie pro factis dicte Opere utiliter peragendis servatis servandis deliberaverunt quod scribatur una littera provisoribus civitatis Pisarum respondendo uni transmisse eorum parte ipsi eorum offitio ipsos ortando placeat eis esse favorabiles dicte Opere in reservatione eis facta super bonis rebellium pisanorum, considerato quod prestando auxilium Opere prestatur Communi Florentie, quia unum et idem sunt.
