Original title: "I - Aloghagioni de l'Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore al tempo di ser Nicholaio di Diedi di Nicholaio, cominciato anno MCCCCXXXVIII"
Terminal dates: 1431/2 March - 1503 April 25
Physical description: register, rectangular format 300x220mm; XIX-century binding in hardboard with leather spine. The volume consists of the following paper leaves: cc. X (modern numbering); cc. 1-92, of which cc. 13v, 25, 27-27v, 30v, 31v, 32v, 33v, 38v, 39v, 40v, 42-43v, 45v, 48v, 52v, 58-61v, 63, 64v-65, 66, 67v, 71v, 77v, 86-86v are blank, (coeval numeration); attachments added in the XIX century with modern numbering cc. 1-8, I, to which a virtual continuing numeration, cc. 93-102, has been attributed for the purpose of this edition.
Conservation: The register is in good state of conservation; the original parchment cover is conserved as c. III.
Language: Latin, with vernacular documents on cc. 72, 78-92v and cc. 94-95 e 97 (cc. 1-3 e 7 of the attachments)
